All-embracing equipment
All apartments are situated in the separated 5th floor with an elevator and they are completely reconstructed. There is a free WiFi and a cable connection available for all the guests. Every of the apartments has its own bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen, all house appliance included.
The apartments are equipped with a design furniture, satellite television and home cinema. There can be accommodated up to 4 people in each apartment. All bedlinen and towels are included in the price.
Strategic location
Top Prague Apartments are distinguished by its perfect position. They are located in the city centre of Prague, however, in the quiet street Za Poricskou branou, which is ended with the entrance to the underground on the one side and with historical Negrell´s viaduct on the other side. The Negrell´s viaduct was created in the first half of 19th century and nowadays is the second oldest Prague bridge over Vltava.
Apartments are also situated near Karlin Theatre and newly-repaired Karlin Square where you can find one of the biggest church building in Bohemia – Church of St. Cyril and St Methodious.
Excellent traffic accessability
Top Prague Apartments are located in the easily accessible area. It takes only 1 minute to walk to the metro and urban transport (busses, trams) station Florenc, which is behind the block of flats. Just this block of flats separate the tranquil street Za Poricskou branou from the traffic noise. Florenc is intersection of intercity buses, urban buses, trams and the two major underground lines (B and C).
It takes about 3 minutes by walk reach main intercity and international bus station of Prague, Florenc. The central train station is only one underground station travelling away and the journey takes about one minute.
Comfortable parking
If you choose to travel by car, free parking is available in the street, straight before the house or in surroundings in case of free parking place. Other option is parking on the chargeable guarded Parking Florenc, about 3 minutes on foot from the apartments next to the bus station Florenc (the parking cost is about 15 € per a day).
Nearness of historical monuments
To Old Town Square, Prague astronomical clock and other historical monuments in the downtown of Prague you can walk in 15 minutes, or you take a short cut down by tram, bus or underground.
