Terms and Conditions

1. Time of arrival and departure

• Check in: from 14:00
• Check out: until 11:00

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made fifteen (15) or more days prior to the date of arrival will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of arrival will incur 50% charge.

3. Prepayment

• The price of 1st night is charged at the time of booking. The remaining sum you will pay at arrival.

4. House Rules

• No parties are allowed.
• The apartment is non smoking.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Quietness must be maintained in the apartment and at common spaces during night hours, between 22:00 and 6:00.

In case of non-compliance with the House Rules, the guest carries all costs and is responsible for any damage that may result.

5. Responsibilities of the guest

• The guest uses accommodation and other services at their own responsibility.
• Top Prague Apartments carries no responsibility for damaged, destroyed or lost luggage as well as stolen luggage or other goods located at the accommodation.
• Top Prague Apartments cannot be held responsible for inconvenience caused by power failure, gas supply cut-off, inactive sewage system, water supply, noise or disturbance originating beyond the boundaries of the property and similar consequences of force majeure.

With a confirmed and executed reservation the guest expresses consent to cover full costs of any damage done directly to the owner on the premises. In case of any complaints from the neighbors or the local authorities regarding excessive noise or disturbance during the night hours are a foundation for the owner’s demand for the guest to leave the premises without any refund.
