Equipment
There is a free WiFi and a cable connection available for all the guests. The apartment is newly-reconstructed and fully-equipped with a furniture, satellite television and kitchen units, all house appliance included (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, capacious fridge-freezer, induction cooker, electric kettle, all dishes needed, etc.) There is a bathroom with a shower enclosure and the separated lavatory. All bedlinen and towels are included in the price. The apartment is non-smoking.
KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave/grill, fridge, induction cooktop, oven, electric kettle, pots and other necessary dishes, dining counter with 2 chairs
LIVING AREA: sitting area with comfortable pull out sofa bed (120 cm x 195 cm = 47 in × 77 in), conference table and TV wall unit with flat LCD satellite TV, wardrobe, wall coat rack with mirror
BEDROOM: large and comfortable King size bed (180 cm × 200 cm = 71 in × 79 in), bed linen, nightstand, UTP socket with free internet connection
BATHROOM: new modern with a shower enclosure and a lavatory, towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc. Hairdryer freely on request.
House rules
- Please treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your own home.
- We would highly appreciate if you could respect neighbours and quietness at common spaces in the house, especially between 22:00 and 6:00.
- No parties are allowed.
- The apartment is non smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please do not leave windows open when leaving the flat.
- Please always lock the apartment and house doors when you enter or leave.
- If something is broken or stops working please inform us.

Tea’s apartment is even better than you can feel looking at the picture. It is newly renovated, super clean, nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet so you can have a nice rest in super comfortable beds. The best thing is that it is located just a 2 min from metro so you can quickly reach any spot in the town you would like to. We arrived late but Tea was more than friendly and very nice. She gave us very useful information and helped with some tips. She is nice, easy going person with a beautiful smile. Thank you Tea for making us feeling just as at home… 🙂
Tea is a very kind person. She was very flexible and we could easily agree for our check in and check out times. Her flat was very clean, everything was like we hoped that it would be. I would definitely recommend her flat to anyone who intends to visit Prague. Also, flat is very near to Prague’s bus Florence station. You can easily get to city center by walking, and a metro station is very near if you intend to visit some other parts of Prague.
Tea was a wonderful and a very nice host and her apartment is awesome! 🙂 Very cozy and clean, 5 min walking to the bus station Florenc. The neighbourhood in Karlin is nice and safe, very close to the city center. In our next visit we’d love to stay in the Violet apartment again! 🙂
